Listed the company on the UK USM market, and set up a distribution company in Germany

Holders restructures

Moved the UK operations to a new subsidiary Holders Technology UK Ltd.  The parent company became a holding and investment company

Moved the share listing to the UK AIM market

holders acquires pcb business

Acquired PCB business from Cimatec GmbH based near Frankfurt -renamed Holders technology GmbH

holders acquires uk led components business

Started to sell a range of lighting components to the UK lighting industry

Holders opens german lighting components division

Expanded Lighting operations into mainland Europe, from our Germany base

Holders introduces their wireless controls offer

Started selling Casambi wireless lighting products – both controls and the wider Casambi ecosystem

Holders opens office in Austria and launches data analytics company

Holders Technology Austria GmbH, providing wireless lighting and commercial lighting solutions in Austria, Czechia, Slovakia and Switzerland

Holders Technology Data Analytics Ltd, developing and providing bespoke digital dashboards and customer insights

Holders sells part of the pcb business

Holders Technology sells the commodity product part of the PCB business in the UK and Germany

Holders opens offices in Australasia

Holders Technology New Zealand Ltd and Holders Technology Australia PTY Ltd, providing wireless lighting controls into New Zealand and Australian markets
