Holders PIR+ Shortlisted for 2025 Casambi Product Award

Holders are pleased and excited to announce that their ground-breaking new sensor, the Casambi integrated PIR+, has been shortlisted for the 2025 Casambi Product Award.

PIR+ is a Casambi integrated sensor delivering incredibly accurate presence and absence detection, allowing for the elimination of wasteful linger time and saving up to 66% energy in short-stay areas. 

These savings are extended by the use of the newly announced “Zonal Control”, allowing the Casambi network to activate different scenes dependent on exact location, allowing local lighting control for individual occupants.

Additionally, PIR+ delivered near real-time people counting both through Casambi and via MQTT or API for use in Intelligent Building Control solutions, as well as heatmapping of occupancy and visualisations of visitor journey mapping.
