Running Light Casambi is an SPI controller designed for pixel-level control of digital LED strips within the Casambi ecosystem. It supports RGB, RGBW, and tunable white digital LED strips powered by a constant voltage supply ranging from 5 to 24 VDC.
The controller can be operated locally via a normally open pushbutton or wirelessly using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) through the Casambi mobile app. Configuration is handled directly in the app, allowing setup of LED type, colour mode, pixel count, and dynamic lighting effects.
Running Light Casambi supports up to eight configurable effects, including control over colour, speed, direction, and transitions. Using an external Pixel Repeater module, lighting effects can be extended to a second digital LED strip located up to 250 metres away, making it suitable for scalable decorative and architectural lighting applications in dry indoor environments.
